Warranty
Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. warrants the Spinner Fit will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Your Spinner® Bike includes a Lifetime warranty on the frame and one year warranty on all other parts (excluding labor).
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Spinner® FIT for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receipt must accompany all returns.
Spinner FIT bike returns must be in original packaging, customer pays return shipping, and must use a traceable shipping method (FedEx, UPS, etc.). SPIN Fitness cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. SPIN Fitness is not responsible for postage for returned items.
Spinner FIT returns must include a RMA #, which can be obtained from our Returns Department via e-mail at fitbike@spinning.com or by phone at 888-704-SPIN (7746). The RMA# allows us to better understand the nature of the return and process your request in a timely manner. After 30 days of purchase, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
